I heard the sequel’s still coming out in 2013. That’s sad. Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs was a really pleasant surprise. The first half of the book I thought was alright, but the latter half was a real page turner. It was as exciting as The Hunger Games, at least for me. Don’t be dissuaded by the peculiar cover and book title; this young adult novel is definitely a must read.
Highly recommend this book: Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. I need Ransom Riggs to write a sequel stat!
And a big thank you to Rachel Martin for recommending the book to me! Loved it!
Recently read Trash by Andy Mulligan. It’s a young adult novel supposedly set in a random third world country, but it’s obviously set in the Philippines. I wonder if I enjoyed the book more because the setting seemed so familiar, or because it was really well-written. Either way, it’s a fun read and Filipino young adults should grab a copy.
Lol. I’ve got a long way to go before completing my collection, and probably even longer before I read everything. :p

The Perks Of Being A Wallflower . (via staygold777)“I can’t think again. Not ever again. I don’t know if you’ve ever felt like that. That you wanted to sleep for a thousand years. Or just not exist. Or just not be aware that you do exist. Or something like that. I think wanting that is very morbid, but I want it when I get like this. That’s why I’m trying not to think. I just want it all to stop spinning.”
I feel like this sometimes.
Lol, Final Fantasy Tictacs! :))
Relevant to my interests.
Gotta admit I wasn’t ready for this. LOL
